Toronto Residential Mobility
Residential mobility is a process that changes lives and neighbourhoods. Research and data shows the different mindsets of residents who are home owners versus residents who rent spaces and how that affects how often they move location.

Is Anybody Home?
The circular bar graph combines differing statistical profiles from the City of Toronto. This format allows the three profiles to be displayed together to help the audience understand the connection between them.

Home Sweet Home
By combining information on the steps to buying a house, statistics on daycare availability in Toronto’s wards and other statistical information from the census, the target audience is given information that will inform their home buying decision.
The bar graph uses colour and line length to represent different statistical years, making it easy to compare the 44 wards to each other.
