Designed a toolkit to help staff understand and embody the organization’s core values. The goal was to create a cohesive, easy-to-use resource that could be referenced across departments and in onboarding sessions.
Challenge
Unity Health needed a way to clearly communicate its values in a visually engaging, consistent format. Previous attempts were inconsistent, leading to confusion and diluted messaging across teams.
My Role
Led the visual design and layout of the toolkit from concept to final PDF
Collaborated with HR and internal communications to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals
Made design decisions regarding typography, color hierarchy, and content layout to improve readability and engagement
Process
Reviewed existing materials and identified inconsistencies in branding and messaging
Sketched layout options and iterated based on stakeholder feedback
Selected a clean, approachable visual style to balance professionalism with accessibility
